CJO Properties is a residential multifamily investment firm located in Orange County, California run by a husband and wife team. Through the acquisition of small multifamily properties across Arizona, Texas, and Southeast Asia, our investment thesis is rooted in providing tenant stability with an elevated standard of living by investing back into our portfolio and communities.

Chris Boulas

An East Coast native living in Southern California, Chris is an accomplished entrepreneur currently running businesses in the B2B software and real estate industries.

Chris currently leads acquisitions for CJO Properties, actively vetting and analyzing deals.

Jan Boulas

Having moved to the US from Cebu City, PH, Jan is an accomplished designer serving as the Head of Design in the technology software space.

Jan is responsible for all aspects of property management, including working with contractors, vendors, and overseeing all aspects of building renovations.
